Paper Starfish

So far, so good on the year of the socks. I finished the pair of mini Monkeys for my non-knitting swap partner and these:

You may recall that blue stripey socks were requested by the Scooter. Blue stripey socks they are! Mismatched and fun. He's dancing around the house in them as we speak!

I also got some fluffy goodness in the mail. This is from a new dyer I tried out called SugarBubbie.

It's aran BFL in the Splash colorway. I requested some matching navy blue trim. I'm planning a sweater out of this for my next door neighbor's baby boy due in May!

New fiber as well. This is superwash BFL from Susan's Spinning Bunny.

Colorways here are Roses For You and Blueberry Patch! Terrible picture. I couldn't get a better one that showed the colors correctly. Grrrr.
