Yarny Goodness

I have no new knitting to show right now. Between sleep deprivation and baby caretaking there hasn't been time. I'm hoping that will change soon. It hasn't stopped me from stockpiling yarn though. The Gothsock club yarn continues to roll in and the yarn is so fascinating every month. This month is a non-striping gothling in a bamboo blend. The colorway is Frakken Toaster.

I spun up some beautiful superwash BFL fiber from Susan's Spinning Bunny. I love her dyeing and her fiber is always super soft and never accidentally felted as it sometimes is with other dyers. The colorway is Roses For You.

It's 3.5 ounces and my best guess is about 115 yards.

I have a birthday coming up in a few weeks and I think I want a kit for a Dipped Infinity Scarf. So pretty!

Your handspun is gorgeous! And so is the new baby!

I don't have your e-mail so I am answering your question in your comments about my shawl. Yes, I did use blocking wires. The best 20 bucks I ever spent.

Love the goth sock yarn too!

Dee:

Glad to hear you are up and running again.
Have fun with the new yarn!

Wow, you make such gorgeous yarn!

Hege:

Beautiful yarn and your homespun is lovely. I really need to learn to spin ;)
And the little vest is adorable!

Your spinning is lovely. AND the colorway looks luscious if I do say so myself.

Thank you for the review. You expressed, in words and pics, exactly what I am going for with my hand dyed's.

Namaste

Your yarn is gorgeous! The colours are so nice and vibrant
