Penny Sampler Finished

This was such a stretch yourself/be open to new ideas process for me.

I go back and forth between being head over heels in love with it and just sort of being proud of myself for being adventurous. I do love the Nordika fabrics that I used throughout.

Here are a few of my favorite parts. The dala horse (where I finally felt like I knew what I was doing with paper piecing):

After a surprise 6 day stretch of no school/work, it's back to our regular schedule tomorrow! The snow is almost gone and we're supposed to be into the 60s this week. What?!?!

A crazy winter for sure, even here in Florida.

I think my favorite part of the quilt is the hearts. Congrats on the finish. It is a very cheerful quilt.

And I heard we may get more snow next week! Crazy. Love the quilt!
