Ravelry is B-A-D!

Since getting my Ravelry invite I have spent many hours looking around the patterns, forums, yarn info, stashes, etc. I knew it would be a time suck and that's okay. What I didn't realize was how it would send me into this tailspin of "I want, I need, I have to have this!" I have bought more yarn since joining Ravelry than ever before, been bitten by the sock knitting bug and have more patterns waiting in the wings than I ever used to. A glimpse into some of my purchases:

I also bought patterns for the Imogen Jacket by Perl Grey and the Mosaic Mitts from last year's Interweave Knits Holiday Gifts.

I'm eyeing the Monster Hat Kits at Insubordiknit and have asked Mr. Starfish for some Cashmerino and Lorna's Laces for Christmas.

I used to be such a practical knitter, buying yarn for the next project or two only.... I blame Ravelry.
